Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat has two Customer Service Centres in Barcelona to provide personalised service and carry out all kinds of procedures and formalities related to T-mobilitat. One is located in the lobby of Barcelona-Plaza España station and is open from Monday to Friday from 9.00 h to 14.00 h and from 16.00 h to 20.00 h. The other centre is located in the lobby of Barcelona-Plaza Cataluña station and is open from Monday to Friday from 8.00 h to 20.00 h.
