If you want to obtain an invoice for the purchase of tickets, you can do so in the following ways:
In person at the Customer Assistance Centers at Pl. Catalunya or Pl. Espanya: (only valid for requesting invoices for FGC’s own tickets and integrated tickets)
Visit in person with the ticket(s) or pass(es). They will request the following data: name and last name or business name, address, ID number or tax ID, and the invoice details (total amount and type of ticket).
By postal mail: (only valid for requesting invoices for FGC’s own tickets)
Send the letter to Comptabilitat, c/ dels Vergós 44, 08017 Barcelona. You must include the following data: name and last name or business name, address, ID number or tax ID, invoice details (total amount and type of ticket), the original ticket(s), and a contact phone number. You should also indicate whether you need the original tickets returned or not so that they can be sent along with the invoice.
By email with certified digital signature: (only valid for requesting invoices for FGC’s own tickets)
Send the email to [email protected]. You must attach the following data: name and last name or business name, address, ID number or tax ID, invoice details (total amount and type of ticket), scanned ticket(s), and a contact phone and email. Make sure that the scanned ticket is legible and clearly shows the ticket support number.
