How to submit a claim?

 

There are different channels available for you to send us your complaints or suggestions:

1. Using the form on the Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya (FGC) website http://www.fgc.cat/en/customer-service/claims/

2. Using the complaint book that you can find at any FGC station and at the Customer Service Centers in Pl. Catalunya or Pl. Espanya.

3.By sending a letter to the company’s registered office:

4. On the free phone number 900 90 15 15.

5.Via the FGC X Account (@FGC), sending a private message with the following data: Name and surname, document, full address, email, date of events, claim reason, detailed explanation and agreement with the treatment of personal data.
