T-mobilitat Barcelona

The T-mobilitat can be requested in Barcelona either online or in person at one of the FGC Customer Service Centres. You always need to make an appointment before attending an FGC Customer Service Centre. In Barcelona, you can make an appointment at the Customer Service Centre in Plaza Cataluña or at the Customer Service Centre in Plaza España. The Customer Service Centre located in the lobby of Barcelona-Plaza España station is open from Monday to Friday from 09.00 h to 14.00 h and from 16.00 h to 20.00 h. Another Customer Service Centre in Barcelona is located in the lobby of Barcelona-Plaza Cataluña station and is open from Monday to Friday from 08.00 h to 20.00 h.

Because it includes the Transports Metropolitans de Barcelona network, the T-mobilitat uses the ATM’s (Metropolitan Transport Authority) own ticket options such as T-casual, T-usual, T-jove and its subsidised ticket options for large families T-usual FM/FN, T-jove FM/FN, T-familiar and T-16. T-mobilitat will be gradually deployed throughout the entire region for all types of transport tickets. Currently, you can access the six zones of the Barcelona area with Ferrocarrils and Rodalies, as well as the operators of the 36 municipalities of the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona that already have the T-mobilitat.

The T-mobilitat can be purchased both online and at one of the two Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat de Catalunya Customer Service Centres, where you can make an appointment and go in person with your identity card and the completed form. If you apply online, you will need to register and access your digital profile. Choose the support and the transport ticket you want to load in your T-mobilitat. You will receive your T-mobilitat card by email.

You can top up your T-mobilitat in Barcelona via the app on your mobile phone or at the Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat self-service ticket machines located throughout the transport network that are enabled for T-mobilitat.

You can make an appointment in Barcelona to go in person to the Ferrocarrils Customer Service Centres to collect your T-mobilitat, top it up, resolve technical problems, report a lost T-mobilitat, request a duplicate or resolve any other queries you may have. To make an appointment, fill in the following form and indicate the date and time as well as the Customer Service Centre you wish to attend in person at these FGC customer service points.

The price of the T-mobilitat in Barcelona is the same as anywhere else in the region. Whether you pick up the card in person or buy it online, the cost of the physical card is 4.50 euros. The cost of travel and your travel options will depend on the fares approved annually by the Board of Directors of the Barcelona Metropolitan Transport Authority if you have purchased any of the ATM’s own ticket options.
