You will find assistance staff at all FGC stations. If you need information or help and cannot find a station agent, intercoms are also available in all the vestibules and platforms.

Location
Located in the vestibule next to Bergara Street at the Plaça Catalunya station. The access for people with reduced mobility (PMR) is through the elevator located at 7 Bergara Street, at the intersection with Balmes Street.

Plaça Espanya
Location
It is located in the vestibule next to Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes at the Plaça Espanya station. Access for people with reduced mobility (PMR) is via the elevator located at Plaça Espanya, no. 1, at the intersection with Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, next to the Fira de Montjuïc.

Estació de Balaguer
Location
It is located in the vestibule of the Balaguer station. Access for people with reduced mobility (PMR) is via the direct access ramp from Noguera Pallaresa Street, no. 1, in Balaguer.

FGC Pensioner’s Card Office
Location
Exclusive service for processing the FGC Pensioner Card. The access is direct from Avenir Street, 6, in Barcelona.
